- Do you come to my location? | Yes - we're fully mobile. We come to your house, office, or wherever your car is parked in Bergen County, NJ.
- How long does it take? | Timing ultimately depends on the vehicle size and conditions.
- What do you need from me? | Just access to your vehicle, a water source, and a power outlet. We bring everything else.
- Do you require a deposit? | For first-time bookings, we may request a 50% deposit (via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal) to secure your appointment
- What if I need to cancel my appointment? | Cancellations can be made anytime. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
